Its research training programs have already benefited more than 5 lacks families and over 10 lacks audiences across the nation by its seminars, workshops, institutes, and franchise training models.
The company has made his presence across the nation through its brain science concept and is the only organization in Asia-pacific region which is having all three Guinness Book of World Records, Asia Book of Records, and India Book of Records registered by its brand name “Brainywood” in the field of brain science.
.The biggest challenge faced by Brainywood:
The company was generating hundreds of leads for their B2B Franchise Model every single day but most of the leads were either not picking up the call, not interested, didn’t fit in the customer Avatar etc.
Also, they wanted to increase their App downloads in the B2C segments. They wanted more downloads and to get people on their subscription model for the courses offered.
1. We changes their approach of running performance marketing campaigns by building landing pages (as they were running lead ads previously) and this gave us opportunity to optimize ads and get better results in the longer run.
2. We helped the company by improving their conversation rate by working on the landing pages, Ads, Creatives and advertising campaigns.
3. In the long term strategy to improve profit margins & growth, we worked on the B2B marketing funnel and helped the company put automation in place. The automation helped the company get consistent qualified leads to talk and convert. Franchise Plans were in the range of ₹40,000 to ₹5 Lakhs
4. For B2C app download, we launched app download campaigns to get FREE trial signups. Then the sales team was handling the leads as per their app usage data. The app subscription was ₹3500 for 6 months (all courses included).
About the Project and Work.
Helped Brainywood with Digital Growth marketing of the company:
1. Planned & executed the full fledged marketing for the company which included their Franchise plans (B2B) and courses (B2C)
2. Created high converting landing pages for the Franchise Leads generation. Which helped us reduce the CPL by half.
3. Setup Online tracking and analytics to optimize the ads and funnel by tracking user activities.
4. Implemented automation systems to qualify and nurture the leads with email, WhatsApp API, VSL and retargeting ads.
5. Successfully launched the app download campaign for students & parents and maintained the cost per download cost under ₹10 (which was around ₹25 in previous campaigns)
